For what purposes will we use your personal data?

We use the personal data and information collected from you for the following purposes, which are necessary for the services we provide to insurance companies in Mexico and Central America:

  • Claims adjusting
  • Loss valuation

We additionally use personal information for the following secondary purposes. These are not necessary for the requested service, but allow us to provide improved assistance when required:

  • Encrypted information storage in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
  • Information storage in a web-accessible database protected by SSL encryption

I do not consent to my personal data being used for these secondary purposes.

Refusal to allow the use of personal data for secondary purposes shall not constitute grounds for denying the services or products requested or contracted from us.

The Mexican Insurance Contract Law and the General Conditions of the policy establish that the insured must substantiate the accuracy of the claim presented.

  • Mexican Federal Taxpayer Registry number (RFC)
  • Mexican Population Registry Code (CURP)
  • Address
  • Personal telephone number
  • Mobile telephone number
  • Handwritten signature
  • Financial or property-related data
  • Any document requested by the insurer

With whom do we share personal information and for what purposes?

Personal data may be shared within or outside Mexico—outside Mexico only when the claim or loss is located abroad—with the following recipients for the purposes stated below:
